Shipping Policy
At Norvance, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@norvancestore.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
